Double Berliner Weisse with honeyberries from Quebec, revealing a burgundy color topped with a creamy foam with purple highlights. On the nose, we get notes of red berries, ripe red grapes, cranberries and hibiscus flowers. In the mouth, the same complex fruity notes are accompanied by a dryness and a sharp acidity, typical of the style.
